Milford



Milford is centrally located in the US on both the north and south banks of the Mispillion (miss-pill-yin) River. It lies at the intersection of two major north - south arteries, U.S. 113 and Delaware Route 1 and nearby U.S. Route 13. The Mispillion River ,divides Milford into two counties. Kent on the northern side of the natural boundary and Sussex County to the south.

Land area: 5.6 square miles

Latitude: 38.91 N, Longitude: 75.43 W

Population: 7,201 (as on July 2005)
