Newark is a city in New Castle County, in the Philadelphia-Camden metro area. The City is on a white Clay Creek. Newark enjoys a temperate climate with four distinct seasons. It has mild winters, pleasant summers and wonderful spring. The city is a tourist’s favorite destination as it offers tax free shopping, dining and entertainment. It also houses some of the best parks of Delaware which include White Clay Creek State Park.
